What is saved
When you save a request, this demo’s server stores the repair category, urgency, fixture, sample postcode district, time preference, selected example.com contact, optional sample note, creation time and a random reference. A full postcode is reduced to its district. No message is delivered to anyone.
Your session
A necessary first-party cookie identifies your isolated demo session. The server keeps a hash of the session token. Other demo sessions cannot view or clear your requests. This is a demonstration boundary, not a customer account.
How long it lasts
Sessions and saved requests expire 24 hours after the session starts. Expired data cannot be read or changed. Expired records are deleted in bounded batches when the server starts and when demo data is created or saved; physical deletion may follow expiry on the next cleanup.
A draft is temporarily held in this browser tab’s session storage and restored for up to 24 hours. It is removed on successful saving, Reset draft or Clear my demo in that tab. Drafts already open in other tabs must be reset there or closed. The simulated call is held only in page memory and is never sent to the server.
Clearing your demo
Clear my demo deletes the current session’s server records and cookie, plus the draft in this tab. It does not affect other visitors. A separately retained local recovery-test copy may exist during development and is not changed by this action; it is private verification data, outside the running demo and never published.
What this site does not collect
No phone number, street address, upload, payment, password or precise location is requested. There are no advertising or analytics trackers, real telephony, email delivery or external maps. Photos and fonts are served by this site.
Abuse limits
To limit repeated session creation, a hashed network address and counter are kept in server memory for a one-hour rate window. Expired counters are removed on the next session request. Each session can save at most ten requests per hour. Notes and request bodies are excluded from application logs.
Use synthetic information
Do not enter real personal details, access codes or sensitive information. There is no real repair team or inbox behind this demonstration.
